Full-priced merchandise with original packaging and tags may be returned for a full refund via the payment method within 30 days of the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned to:

We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for any damaged packaging or missing tags on and returned merchandise. Return labels are available for a flat fee of $10 

Sorry, all kayaks purchases are final sale.

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged please call us at (440) 934-5345 or email us at orders@backpackersshop.com so we can quickly resolve the issue.

 

In-Store Return Policy 

Merchandise in new condition and in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. Original receipt must be presented for a refund to be issued.

Within 30 days of the date of purchase, merchandise in new condition and in original packaging may be returned for store credit in the form of a due bill. Shoes CANNOT be returned if they have been worn outside.

Original receipt must be presented, and all tags attached. Returns without a receipt can be exchanged for merchandise only, no due bill, and less 20% or the lowest sale price. Sorry, no returns after 30 days.

All Clearance merchandise is a FINAL SALE.

Kayak Purchases are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any balance remaining from use of a gift certificate will be given in the form of a due bill (store credit).

No refunds will be given for special order fees and labor.
